2022 Summer looks promising with a new Afrobeats single from Iyanya, Davido and Kizz Daniel on its way! A tweet from Nigerian singer and songwriter Iyanya on the 3rd of July had fans buzzing in anticipation of a single from the unexpected trio.
Before now, the most recent announcement from Iyanya had been a tease of his EP, however, with no release date. Of course, fans were pleasantly surprised when he took to twitter to announce the new collaboration with Davido and Kizz Daniel.
The new 2022 single is expected to drop with a music video as a clip from behind the scenes shows the trio on set of the music video, shooting what looks like is going to be an exciting watch.
As for to expect from the single? Fans have been left in the dark. The tease shows a setup with the trio looking dapper in black tuxedos and sunglasses and of course, ballroom dancing. So, its safe to say that we can expect class and Afrobeats at its finest.
Kizz Daniel featured Davido, giving us a hit on “One Ticket” in 2018. Speculations are if this new 2022 collaboration will sound anything like “One Ticket” with Iyanya being added to the mix.
Nevertheless, we can be sure to expect nothing but magic. Fans expect that this new single from Iyanya, Davido and Kizz Daniel just might be the biggest collaboration of 2022.
