Award-winning Ghanaian rapper E.L, born Elom Adablah, returns to the music scene with a party smash titled “Chop Life.” The song, released on April 19, 2023, comes a year after his last music release.
“Chop Life” is a party hip-hop tune that incorporates elements of alternative hip-hop, UK grime, and pop rap. The track boasts a catchy chorus and energetic beats, making it the perfect addition to any party playlist. When asked about the right time to listen to “Chop Life,” E.L says, “Anytime is a great time, but especially when you need a pick-me-up, when you’re with friends, racing down the highway, or wherever good vibes are present.” The upbeat and carefree nature of the self-composed song makes it a refreshing addition to E.L’s diverse discography.
In addition to being E.L’s first single after a brief hiatus, “Chop Life” marks E.L’s first release since announcing his partnership with ONErpm. E.L’s partnership with the global music distribution company is expected to bring more exciting music releases.
