The MBA for Africa Module Seven is officially on. The second to the last module of the entire program is finally here, with a focus on monetizing music. The previous week gave the students some time off to focus on the talent project, which has been nothing short of exciting. You can read more about that here. This class focused on some important tools every composer should have in their backpack of essentials for composing the perfect song. It’s safe to say the wannabe composers among the 2022 cohort got some valuable tips on that.

After composing the perfect song, there are other tools and platforms that could help keep track of your music and make your overall creative process easier. This was another informative class that was nothing short of exciting. With the help of a professional in the music space, Beth Achista, the cohort got to understand the importance of not just using any tool out there, but the right tools and how to use them. The importance of using high-value tools and platforms was also stressed… small price to pay for creating good music.
The MBA for Africa module seven will resume its remaining classes in the coming weekend, and after that is its final module, module eight. However, the students have been up to so much more than the learning modules. The MBA for Africa Talent Project also kicked off a few weeks ago and has been in full gear with its top seven artists on ground. Sounds exciting, doesn’t it?
