However, on today’s exclusive, we would be checking out five (5) times the Ijele 1 of Africa has added extra flavour to songs he got featured on. He isn’t just a hit maker, but also an artist that can turn your song around when featured.

Number 1- M.I Abaga ft Flavour (2010)

“African rapper number 1 o, MI Microphone Magician o!” Flavour’s hook on MI’s hit song, added more spice and gave it a whole different sauce. A combination of highlife and hip-hop that sounds so pleasing to the ears. If you remember this jam from that year, you should be planning to get married soon. Yes, I know it’s just 13 years ago it was released.

Jombolo- Iyanya ft Flavour

Iyanya beckoned on his fellow belly dancer to give us this party-shaking jam that year. They had grown men whining their waists in the club and social events to this song. Iyanya was quite popular for his danceable vibe right from when he released Kukere. He decided to spice it up with a little flavour from Flavour on Jombolo, which also became a viral sensation a year ago.

Premium enjoyment is all we deserve after a long period of hustling. Timaya and Flavour tell us the importance of money and enjoyment on the track ‘Money’. They tell a story of how people will ignore you when you are not rich but will come around when you hit it big. This was also a popular party jam from years back.

We also remember one of the times Flavour teamed up with Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania on ‘Nana’ off his album A Boy from Tandale. This is one for the love birds, a song of reassurance and appreciation. Flavour’s lyrical and captivating energy is plastered all over the track.

Hard To Find- Chike ft Flavour

Chike and Flavour also team up on this track off his sophomore album, The Brother’s Keeper. This song became a viral social media challenge that trended with several amazing videos. Flavour also delivered a beautiful verse on this track.

One more song won’t hurt, will it?

In addition to the other songs that Flavour has graced with his spicy verses or hooks, “Papa Benji” by Basket Mouth is another one. Want to have fun at a peppersoup bar with bottles of beer popping? This is the jam for you. Flavour and Phyno did justice to the song with their storytelling and catchy lyrics.
